Julie has been providing benefits counseling (BINs) to job seekers for over 9 years and is an Indiana-certified Tier Two BIN Liaison. Promotion to Tier Two BIN Liaison is a recognition of Julie’s extensive knowledge of benefits and her ability to explain that knowledge to SSI recipients and SSDI beneficiaries. Tier Two BIN Liaisons can complete the BIN process in considerably less time than Tier One BIN Liaisons since they do not have to have BIN plans reviewed and approved by the Indiana governing agency. She is typically able to complete a BIN just days after receiving the information from the Social Security Administration.
Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Providers will benefit by contracting with Julie Stroud Coaching & Consulting by Julie’s ability to complete BINs faster and provide more information to the job seeker, which will prompt VR to increase your agency’s BIN referrals. Other VR Providers should contact Julie to see if this service is available in your state.

The individualized training offered by Julie Stroud Coaching and Consulting provides tools and techniques to Employment Specialists that can be immediately implemented to improve service to the job seeker and increase revenue. The application of these tools and techniques are taught through individual sessions with employment specialists by reviewing specific cases to jointly create discovery, development, or retention plans and identify action steps to be completed in the next week or two. The plans and action steps help the employment specialist organize their time to ensure they are being effective and efficient. This results in moving the job seeker through the process and increasing billable revenue. The progress the employment specialist makes with implementing the action steps are shared with the supervisor to monitor their performance and implementation of the tool and techniques. Every business needs a sound marketing plan in order to survive. Starting from an understanding of your target market, we will develop a plan with easy to follow steps.
